Self-levelling industrial screeds

Usage

These materials are used for final topping areas of industrial floors as a final surface treatment (new and old), in particular concrete areas with a high mechanical stress (e.g. production halls, garages, warehouses, supermarkets).

MFC Final 410

  • PARAMETRY:
    • MEDIUM HEAVY OPERATION
    • Layer thickness: 4 - 15 mm
    • Load: step on in 3 hrs.- in 24 hrs. light load - at 7 days fully opearational
    • Wear resistance according to BCA: max 0,01 (AR 0,5)
    • Tensile strength in bending : min. 12 MPa
    • Pressure strength at 28 days: min. 40 MPa
    • Mtrl.consumption: 1,7 kg/1 mm/1 m2
    • Packaging:  25 kg bag

MFC Final 410 final coating, medium heavy operations - to be applied in a layer 4 – 15 mm thick within one working step. It is suitable for industrial floors and installed onto existing and new concrete as a final surface treatment. It is used to level heavy duty operation surfaces, e.g. production shops, garages, warehouses, supermarkets, and so on.

MFC Final 420

  • PARAMETRY:
    • Layer thickness: 5 - 30 mm
    • Load: wear layer in 3 hrs. - in 24 hrs. light load - fully operationa at 7 daysi>Application of additional layers>in 24 hrs.
    • Tensile strength in bending : min. 7 MPa
    • Pressure strength at 28 days: min. 35 MPa
    • Mtrl.consumption: 1,8 kg/1 mm/1 m2
    • Packaging:  25 kg bag

MFC Final 420 base coating - is to be applied in one layer 5 – 30 mm thick within one working step. It is suitable mainly for application onto existing and new damaged concrete layers, for rough levelling and strengthening of industrial floors prior to the application of MFC Final 410 – 413 or synthetic screed > 2 mm thick.

MFC Final 430

    • HEAVY DUTY OPERATION
    • Layer thickness: 7 - 15 mm
    • Load: wear layer in 3 hrs.- in 24 hrs. light load - fully operational at 7 days
    • Wear resistance according to BCA: max 0,01 (AR 0,5)
    • Tensile strength in bending : min. 12 MPa
    • Pressure strength at 28 days: min. 45 MPa
    • Mtrl.consumption: 1,9 kg/1 mm/1 m2
    • Packaging:  25 kg bag

MFC Final 430 final coating, heavy duty operations - to be applied in one layer 5 – 15 mm thick within one working step. It is suitable for industrial floors and installed onto new and existing concrete as well as a final treatment of heavily stressed industrial surfaces, e.g. production shops, garages, storage facilities, supermarkets, etc. 

MFC Final 440

  • PARAMETRY:
    • Layer thickness: 5 - 30 mm
    • Load: step on in 3 hrs. - in 24 hrs. light load - fully operational at 7 days
    • Additional layer application:  24 hrs.
    • Tensile strength in bending : min. 8 MPa
    • Pressure strength at 28 days: min. 40 MPa
    • Mtrl.consumption: 1,8 kg/1 mm/1 m2
    • Packaging:  25 kg bag

MFC Final 440 base coating, heavy duty operations - to be applied in a layer 5 - 30 mm thick within one working step. It is suitable mainly for application onto old and damaged concrete bases, for rough levelling strengthening of industrial floors prior to application of MFC Final 430 or synthetic screed > 2 mm thick
