Usage

Impregnation materials are designed as a final surface treatment especially for concrete surfaces. They prevent the penetration of pollutants into the surface layers of the structures and thus increase the utility value of the constructions and their aesthetic appearance.

MFC Stoplak 610

Impregnation materials
  • PARAMETRY:
    • Based on: Acrylic dispersion
    • Mtrl.consumption for one layer: 0,1 - 0,15 L/m2
    • Load: wear layer at 2 hrs.  - parial load at 24 hrs. - full load at 7 days
    • Recommended layers: 1 - 2
    • Packaging: plast. 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 and 25 L

MFC Stoplak 610 (akrylic impregnation) - is suitable for treatment of new and old surfaces made of MFC levelling materials or standard concrete surfaces. It enhances mechanical and chemical resistance and makes floor cleaning and maintenance easy, application onto fresh surface provides equal curing .

MFC Ekopox 630

Impregnation materials
  • PARAMETRY:
    • Based on: Water dispersion of epoxy resin
    • Mtrl.consumption for one layer: 0,05 - 0,075 Kg/m2
    • Load: wear layer in 24 hrs. - fully operational in 72 hrs.
    • Recommended layers: 1 - 2
    • Packaging: plast. 5 Kg and 15 Kg

MFC Ekopox 630 (epoxy impregnation) -  it is used mainly for concrete surface impreagnation e.g. garages, storage facilities, supermarkets, stairways, basements etc. It is suitable as final surface treatment with MFC Final 400 self-levelling screeds.

  • PARAMETRY:
    • Based on: Polyurethane impregnation
    • Mtrl.consumption for one layer: 0,15 Kg/m2
    • Load: wear layer in 12 hrs. - fully opeartional in 72 hrs.
    • Recommended layers: 1 - 2
    • Packaging:  Plech. + Plast - 10 Kg

MFC MC DUR 2095 M (polyurethane impregnation) - It is suitable for treatment of new and existing surfaces made of MFC levelling materials or standard concretesurfaces. It enhances machanical and chemical resistance, makes floor cleaning and maintenance easy.

    • Load: foot trafic in 6-7 hrs. - fully opeartional in 24-48 hrs.

    • Packaging: PE canisters 5, 10 Kg

MFC TerrazzoSealer is a special preparation on the basis of solvents
that contains silane and siloxane for impregnating and sealing surfaces
with excellent resistance to water and oils. Mainly for MFC Terrazzo.
