MFC Micro Terrazzo - is used to prepare highly aesthetic interior floor surfaces. Subsequent finish by grinding and polishing follows. It is suitable for walk-on premises s e.g. schools, department stores, offices, family houses etc. MFC MicroTerrazo is suitable as a final treatment of new and old concrete surfaces as well.
MFC Micro Terrazzo is self-levelling fast drying coating mixture based on cement, filling a special additives. It is delivered as ready-to-go dry mixture, that is mixed with water at the construction site.

It is optimal for walking quarters e.g. schools, department stores, offices, family houses etc. MFC MicroTerrazo is perfect as final treatment of new and/or existing concrete surfaces as well.
COLOR
MFC MicroTerrazzo is offered in two basic color variations – grey and white. We tailor other color tints to customer request.
FOUNDATION
Foundation has to be stable, rid of loose particles a grease (jet-blasting, grinding, milling) followed by dust cleaning. Foundation tensile strength shall be v min. 1,0 MPa. Pot holes and foundation cracks are needed to be fixed with bonding material (e.g. MFC Sanfi x 200, MFC Ekopox 600).
PENETRATION
MFC Primer 620 penetration is applied with brush or sprinkler onto clean base, diluted by water 1 : 5 ratio at the first layer and 1 : 3 at the second one. Apply according to base absorbency once or twice. We recommend MFC Ekopox 661 epoxy penetration followed by spread mixture of silicious sand for less stable or higly absorbent foundation.
APLICATION
Mixed mixture should be processed in 15–20 minut. It is applied by equal pouring in stripes up to requested levelling and the surface must be thoroughly aerated after that. To ensure convergency, watch out fo to new material to be applied ASAP to the earlier laid one to ensure convergency. Required foundation coating temperature as well as ambient temperature at the application is given in a range of +5 to +25°C.
TREATMENT
During the first stage v of hardening it is mandatory to prevent strong air draft and extreme temperatures. The surface shall be protected from mechanical damage 48 hrs after application, it is jointless but structural and foundation expansion joints have to be made by cutting in 24 hrs.
SURFACE
Dependent on construction conditions (usually in 2–3 days is possible to start surface grinding and polishing. When the work is over treat the surface with suitable sealant.
