MFC Final 400 system was selected for refurbishment of existing concrete surfaces in production shop as well as in the storage facility.
There was refurbishment of existing concrete floors with dry penetration surface with total area of 530 m2. The floor surface was showing many cracks and greasy spots.
Used compound:
- base blasting
- cleaning and sealing of expansion joints
- removal of greasy spots with PMMA resin + silicon sanding MFC
- crack repair by clipping + filling with epoxide compound MFC Ekopox 670
- base penetration MFC Primer 620
- final surface treatment with industrial coating MFC Final 410
- re-installation of base expansion joints and sealing
- surface impregnation MFC Ekopur 631
