MFC Final 413 was selected as a final surface treatment in a newly constructed production shop of an exclusive importer of agriculture technology CLAAS a VÄDERSTAD

- final surface treatment with industrial screed MFC Final 413 rendering light grey
- cutting through the expansion joints and their sealing with permanently flexible PU compound

Outdoor sweeps were done with PMMA resin with colored sand and final coating.

Self-levelling industrial screed MFC Final 430

The second stage of refurbishing the floor surfaces at the LIKOV s.r.o. company

It is the treatment of existing floors in warehouses where the existing surfaces have been modified for high rack stackers.

After the installation of steel tracks there is implemented a surface levelling with MFC Final 430 final surface treatment. The thickness of layer is approx. 50 mm.

Used compound:

- cleaning the base by blasting
- base penetration MFC Primer 620
- surface levelling by levelling screed MFC Final 420 with 50 mm thick layer
- final surface treatment with industrial screed MFC Final 430 approx.6 mm layer for for heavy duty operation

Overall use of MFC Final 400 material was more than 12 000 kg.

Industrial screed MFC Final 430 was selected to do final treatment floor surfaces in newly constructed production shop of top plastic profiles.

MFC Final 410 was selected as the concrete final surface treatment in a newly constructed production shop of the top manufacturer of tightening and torque technology.

Material MFC Final 410 was aplied onto more than 4 400 m2 floor surfaces.

Our product MFC Cobet 115 was used in newly built Šmídl logistic center.

MFC Cobet 115 is a product intended for treatment of concrete surfaces with medium heavy operation. It contains high quality abrasive "METALIK" thus making the surface highly resistant against the wear and producing long life span.

"METALIK"
Synthetic filler produced by melting in aluminothermic metal processes of aluminum metals. It possesses very high hardness (8,4 of Mohs scale) and excellent abrasion resistance.

Installation of 1200 m2 floor surface multiple car garage for condominiums in Trnava.

MFC Final 410 altogether with MFC Ekopox 630 transparent impregnation create final surface treatment of floor surfaces.

MFC Final 400 system was selected for refurbishment of existing concrete surfaces in production shop as well as in the storage facility.

There was refurbishment of existing concrete floors with dry penetration surface with total area of 530 m2. The floor surface was showing many cracks and greasy spots.

approx.1400 m2 of floor surface installed with MFC Ekopox 640 in multiple car garages of condominium in Prague-Hrdlořezy.

Water soluble epoxide coating system MFC Ekopox 640 was used as a final surface treatment of existing concrete surfaces.

By the end of May we installed 700 m2 of floor surface with color screeds in a newly constructed World of kids - EXCALIBUR CITY, Hatě.

There was created entirely unique arrangement of existing floor surfaces on two upper floors with MFC Final 410 product. Various colors and shapes were tailored to the customer request. All had been done in a very, very short time of application - just in one day!

AB Parket s.r.o. company succesfully installed designovou floor in JATOMI EDEN fitness center in Prague. Our product MFC Final 410 in snow white design was selected. Later it was dyed to the required tint.

AAP Hranice s.r.o company. built 500 m2 grinded floor surfaces in a new administration building of Antreg company in Vyškov from black Micro Terrazza.

This technology offers esthetic and highly resistant solution of commercial and administrative surfaces. Three sizes of filling and various color diversity of binding compound offers endless creative possibilities for the floor final appearance.

Our company has been chosen to deliver cast anhydrite coating in proceeding the construction of Rezidence Austerlitz in Slavkov u Brna project.

The succesfull project has been expanded to 18 town houses. Our company provided the delivery of approx 80 m3 of cast anhydrite coating MFC Anhydrit 020, which has been deliverd by the means of application trailers Bremat and TransMix.

MFC Anhydrit 020 material was delivered with Transmix/Bremat technology to the construction of condominiums in Blansko.

Thre will be delivered approx.105m3 of coating in single stages in total MFC Anhydrite 020.

We provided Transmix/Bremat technology which is MFC Portland 020 cast cement coating to the Condominiums Musilka.

We deliver more than 150 m3 of cast cement coating MFC Portland 020.

Construction site„ condominiumm Musilka“ is a part of residential block of condominiums and family houses. There will be 51 condominiums in total according to required (approx. 100 inhabitants) and 56 parking spaces in parking deck 1.PP.

Prior to move in Hervis company to the Vaňkovka shopping mall in city of Brno we used MFC Level 320 as levelling layer under the wear layer flooring.

By the end of 2011 the refurbishing of 1200 m2 floor surfaces was done at the EUROHARD company
